Look for discrepancies between the general bookies prices and the exchange prices, and trade accordingly. The morning of the race is the most profitable time to do this, and also as soon as the live prices have come up just before the race.

there are too many systems out there..... but they dont work all the time. season does matter.. eg, the jump season and the flat season in racing. take note of that and the system you are using. during the jump season, you will notice that the fav tends to fail very often. but during the flat season, most fav tend to perform well, beware!

Anyone can tell wich system has no loosing run more then 1-2 horses plz? Coz if bet lost need to recover but with laying horses it's a risky, but, if just 1 bet lost in a row it's ok, so wich one? So what is the best tipster really? I had a look at racing-index, but there no chance to be in profit with say 50$ per point, or 100$ per point, yes this year there lot's of them proofed that they doing good now, but in a long time it's just wasting time and money, really confused and don't understand where is the tipsters for real profit??? Betting Secrets Exposed. aka. Racing Secrets Exposed is more of a realistic approach to finding false favourites. It makes sense, but can be time consuming at first. If you have plenty of time to use it, this can be a valuable guide to laying horses on the exchanges.

This is something I have been trialling. Usually will get one LAY a day, but sometimes won't get any at all.

I have had 52 Lay bets, 44 have been successful. That's 84.6% SR, nothing above $4.00.

No web site, just a personal thing.

ONLY look for 1 lay a day.
To be very honest with you KVV, the last 44 LAYS have not been over a continuous period. I started the idea in FEB '08. Due to commitments overseas and other business commitments I have not had the opportunity to give it any more time.
The way I look at it, this is probably an ok thing as it has been tested at different parts of the seasons. STILL, it's only very young and I am confident.

And yes your figures are correct KVV, but my unsuccessful lays have been at the following prices... 4, 2.2, 2.18, 2.02, 2.62, 3.6, 3.8, 2.88. Hence my profit is bigger :smilie3:

you are actually wrong!! I'm just trying on paper at the moment one tipster who lays favorites he got his own stake plan, i'm just little modified that to reduce risk, and finally from his tips proofed at racing-index i'm more in profit then he is!!! +50 points a month profit telling you something?? But the thing is his strike rate less then 50% i need a tipster who lays favorites with strike rate around 60%...:thumbs up

I currently use a tipster with a 94% strike rate, highest odds of 6.0. The best I have seen and I've tried quite a few.
They all promise to be the greatest thing since sliced bread, only to fall flat.
Apart from 1 that is!:ro_emote_
Look around there are some geniune tipsters available.
It's hard to predict, them horses are actually dangerous, and you can't use any staking plan with this prices, well you can..but you need huge bank for that, and to get fully mached lay at say 1000$ it's hard as well... all i need is a tipster who lay favorites with SR at 50-60% for long term... This way with prices at 2.00 or less we can use a staking plan, for example little acorns staking plan is crap, but it's everyone choice what staiking plan to use)))):thumbs up

Ok 3 LAYS for tom. 02/04/09 day 2 current bank 52.85pts i will take 5% com. after each win, so yesterday we had 3 succesfull lays start bank 50pts, current bank 52.85pts i will recover every lose(horse won) lay on next one, say we lost on 1st selection at 1pt we simply put 2pt on next one and so on, start at 1pt again when we win a selection, also i'll be using a second staking plan, there will be aim +5pts then start at 1pt per lay again/or again after we lost 15pts(1pt 1st selection if lose(horse won) next 2pts won?ok then 2pts on 2nd selection, again if lost then 3 and so on till we rich +5pts profit or lose 15pts) All selection will be at price of 2.00 or less :thumbs up

If you play at level stakes you might not be in profit, you need to bet 1pt at first selection, then if we won(horse lost) then second selection 1pt again, if we lost then 2pt on 3rd selection, this way will be :thumbs up

Level stakes is the soundest staking plan around, why would you base your plan around a system that fails at level stakes?

Ok, it's just a test but this is what i'm about to going to do all life! Please understand i'm laying strongest horses and there might be like 10 horses won their races in a row, never happend till now, but we never know... that's why playing at level stake it might not going to be profitable, start testing with me if you want as i'm testing two diff. staking plans, you can count profit at level stakes if you want..:thumbs up
