UK horse racing for US clients?

I am looking for a sportsbook/racebook who has UK horse racing. I am from the USA. The US sportsbooks do not have UK Horse racing. The UK sportsbooks that have UK horse racing do not accept US clients.

Is anyone aware of a sportsbook that accepts US clients and also has UK horse racing?
