Well, if you already have a system or win a lot of money then don't buy the system. It just like if a professionel footballplayer bought a book about how to be a good footballplayer. There is a great chance, that he will feel that he can't use it.

I can only speak for myself, but I like it. When I first read the strategy my first thought was, why did´t I think about it??!! It is an easy and effective system I think. But still if you are winning some big bets then why bother then. You should be happy then and celebrate :banana:


I hope Barcelona will win Champions League. I think I will play it on Betfair. What do you guys think? :feedback:

well all those ebooks are well just an ebook nothin more. Nothing is the real deal if they were one could sell them for $500 not like $50 or less for example. It is all marketing anyway so the only person who profits is the author.

If this book is all bout laying first before deal/flop and then backing when odd goes up (like FCG) then I must say this is not risk free. Check out BF forum and there most people have done this and now cursing themselves.

The odds in betfairgames are absolutely perfect (rather of less value because of commisions) so if you can't get a positive expectation there is no point betting there.

Well there will always be people hating themselves. It is their problem. And of course you can not win every time. Unless you are the most lucky person in the world, but still you can get a profit if you master some tecnics
I am personally getting better, and still have a profit.

It is like the Champions Leugue final between Liverpool and Milan. Nobody would have expected a draw after a Milan lead at 3-0. I am sure a lot of people are hating themselves, because they thought they could buy money by betting on Milan. You have to be carefull. I have personal learnt that I lost
in the beginning. But now I have a small profit every week. Not that I can quit my job, but I can still go to the movie a little more often.....

Can anyone confirm whether this is laying after the flop cos if it is, then I have used a similar system. Won consistantly for 4 days and then lost everything plus more. Assuming it is the same system, betting 200+ to win a fiver is suicide... unfortunately, i had to learn the hard way!

It has nothing to do with laying after the flop. This system is a bit different. I think it works great, but of course I have had my bad days as well.

But this week I am up about 40£. :party smi It has also something to do with I am trying to devolpe my play further from what I have learnt from the stragegy by Triomphe.

I've bought Back and Win for 149 euros. To me, it is an ok system, but an element of luck is also needed in order for it to work successfully. I don't know the system behind Profit on Betfair Poker, so I can't do a comparison. But so far I've used it and made about $100. However I stress again it is NOT a guaranteed sure-win system (if it were, we'd all be millionaires in no time), and a certain amount of discpline is required in your staking amounts.

Anyway, I'm willing to exchange it for Troimphe's other book, the one being discussed on this thread, "Profit on Betfair Poker". I'll email you "Back and Win

I agree, I have spent a lot of money on gambling systems and most are garbage. I have no idea about this particular ebook though. A lot people claim that is great though, so it has made me curious.

I do disagree when you say "...nothing is the real deal." Have you heard of arbitrage trading? It sure is the real deal. It is a system that enables you to win every single time. I haven't loss a sports wager in long time. 100% risk free! :thumbs up

Come on DTM. If every one who bought the ebook won a milion each day, then Betfair will need to close down Poker Exchange. It is unrealistic to think that you can do that.

I bought the ebook because I did not have any experience in Poker. I now win more than I did before. But I will never be a very very rich man playing that. It is just fun. And by learn new tricks, I sometimes can predict the following cards. And thats where the true money is. :alright: Not just by follow a simple system. You need to change your system often, otherwise you will lose. That is my experience.

DTM you are a dreamer if you think you can win every time. Well technically you can, it is just a bit difficult. I try to win a lot of money in football, which after my opinion is more easy than poker exchange. But even though I am good, I still lose sometimes. Last I lost, was Benfica - Barcelona.

I have to agree with dtm here.

The information in this "book" could have been written on one page easily.
All it contains is VERY basic stuff and thus misses some vital points.

I doubt their other book "Back and win" contains more value, but I cannot comment
on that, as I haven't seen it.

Ok, I've traded a lot over the last few weeks on poker exchanges. Mixed results. A lot of Highs and a Lot of very lows.

There was a week when I made 7 thousand....There was 2 days when I lost it all. And its been up and down for me ever since. I stopped recently at a relatively slight loss.

I've tried a few strategies. My first strategy was lay the weakest card, watch it fall futher and back to win to make profit on the difference. That's a terrible strategy. The liabilites are too huge, and the return is just not worth it.

Then I tried backing it first, and laying it later. That doesn't work as well either.

The best strategy.....Is to Back 2-3 cards out of 3-4 to win a guaranteed profit on all of them. You say impossible? Yes, its possible. Try putting some money on the pre-flop for practice by using 3 out of 4 cards and see the P&L numbers that you get(you gotta check that option in settings). The rule here is to almost never bet on the pre-flop(there are a few exceptions). Wait till you have 3 cards on the table to make some decisions. If you see let's say 2 cards that have a chance of winning and 3rd one that has low odds of winning is when you make your bet. For this example's sake, let's say that the 4th hand is eliminated or close to it, or has the same odds as the other "low probability" hand. You put let's say 200 bucks on the cards with the highest probability of winning with odds of 1.5(or something close), and 55 bucks on the second best hand at odds of 6.9 or something like that. You should see a profit somewhere between 10-50 dollars on each hand. You could even work out the numbers where the profit is equal. That's a hypothetical situation, but it happens on 70% of the flops.

There are a few rules in this that I have developed that help to reduce the risk. I was getting quite good at this, but I got greedy a few times and my adrenalin busted my bank. Basically, I was an idiot and some bad luck didn't help.


The risk is present of course that the hand with low probability of winning comes up and busts your stakes on the other hands. ITherefore you would lose the money you staked on all other hands. And of course, you get really unlucky, where the hands with odds of 15-20 or higher turn into winning hands. You can also do this on the last Flop depending on how the cards look. But this is still safer than any other strategy that I could think of, and most of the time you play the odds in your favour. That's basically the name of the game--"playing the odds in your favour".

This is not really an in-depth explanation, but I can provide and answer some questions for you guys if anyone is interested.

I can tell you this: With a bank of let's say 500 bucks, you can make 100-150 daily, probably within an hour or 2 on most days. I was shooting for more, and basically killed my chances. But, I got a lot more experience now, and will give it another go.

Is the ebook similar to what I described? Somebody posted that its Back first--lay later system, which will basically guarantee you a profit. Is that it? I tried that too, and its still pretty risky.

Do not buy this book. I did and it is a complete waste of money. It amounts to a few pages, but most of that is just padding. The book is just an introduction to Betfair Exchange Games (you can get a better guide by just going to the Betfair Exchange Games website and looking at their demo). This book just says "back high, lay low" - Well duh !!!
