you have good money management plan. I can consistently generate 70-73% winning picks throughout the year but the average odds I get on these matches is just 1.30to 1.35. If I bet flat I will loose in the end. So whats the remedy? Any suggestion?

If you hit 70% consistently, I can't see how you're going to lose in the end. ESPECIALLY if your odds ar less than 1.5 (-150). 70% with 1.3 odds: You'll profit almost all the time using almost any kind of betting strategy. In other words, if you're still losing, something's wrong.

JPDyson,
I believe that arupnag is listing international odds and not US odds.
If so the US equivalent to 1.30 to 1.35 would be -285 to -335, so arupnag would need to be hitting 75-78% winners just to break even.
arupnag,
There really isn't any way to make money when the odds are against you.
You're going to lose an average of about 2% on every bet you make regardless of the size of the bet.

OH WOW! My bad. I'm not familiar with inter odds. Never have been. If we're talking about -285 or so, then yea, I can see you almost always losing. Better odds would be my suggestion :)

I am aware of this fact that with flat betting I can' win with such odds. But with higher odds the winning %age will also come down making the result same. The only option is to use some sort of SAFE progression. Thats what I am looking for. Thanks.

my betting plan goes like this, i try to win three in a row and start over
example;
$100 on 1.3, win, $30 , next bet $130
$130 on 1.25, win $32 , next bet $162
$162 on 1.3, win $48, STOP
next bet start with $100 again, total gain of %110% , but of course you need three wins, the odds i gave are reasonable for this to happen, i like this one, but everyone has their own thing, you know

May I know what do you do in other situations, say, when you win 2 in a row or first win and then a loss?
The only drawback in such progression is you have to wait to know the result of a game before placing another bet. So in a day you can bet only 1 or 2 matches.

Or you can bet the $100 with a combo of three matches that offer each one, the odds: 1.3, 1.25, 1.3. Total odds combined will be 2.1125, so from $100 you will make $211.25 pretty safely.
The risk is exactly the same, and the mathematics looks good.
