Sites accepting Moneybookers and do not ask for Id when withdrawing

Hello, Does anyone know any sites that allow you to deposit and withdraw through moneybookers, and do not hassle you over id and paperwork? For example if I take 5,000 (which i do not have right now) and make it 30,000 and then withdraw....what sites will just process my withdrawal without asking for a bunch of crap?

well i'd say all major bookies with a good reputation will ask for id and thats good.

Not necessarily. How can you feel safe when anyone at all from the website can steal your identity and use it for opening bank accounts in your name and they can cherge your credit card for how much they want and so on. Do you think that bookmakers are any kind of saints?
