Most legitimate betting sites accept verifyable payment options.

Like, neteller, firepay, credit/debit card, western union, webmoney, direct deposit, bankwire, etc.

yes as far as I know , there's no sports book or online casinos accept stormpay. Stormpay is like paypal , which the payment are reversable and maybe stormpay don't allow gaming payment related payments like paypal does.
