From an unnamed source...
"
There's a guy on talkgold named Awty and signs his posts with Jeff. I think that guy is mentally ill how he rambles on and always mumbles "Just my opinion"
He even invests ****, but bites the hand that feeds him. Total Loser.
"
Mentally ill? Possibly. Much of that would likely be from taking the HYIP world seriously for 2 years, and thinking it was possible to become wealthy nearly overnight. I'd say it was a waste, but it hasn't been. I've learned much, about many things, mainly about greed, and how it affects people.
TOTAL loser? Not quite. I've spent (rough guess) about $6k in HYIP's over time. I've made that back, and a little more. Not rich, like I had hoped to be, but have a little coming in here and there.
There was a point made by an old HYIP friend I saw today.
"If you're taking out a spreadsheet and figuring returns a few months to a year from now, you're being unrealistic'. I entirely agree... (Been there, done that, lost...)
I like to think I've learned a LITTLE something over time, possibly not.
Maybe my ramblings don't make sense, but not to worry, they're just MY rambling.
Listen to the voices of experience here, or not, your choice. NOW, I listen...
Although many of those voices no longer are heard in the HYIP arena, for several reasons...
I just wish I had listened, many moons ago... I would have 'understood' long before I did.
By the way, my real name IS Jeff, and 'awty' is an ID that I got for work, about 20 years ago, just convenient to use.
I'm not hard to find, and I deal as straight as I can. While others seek to hide, for many and varied reasons, and not always the reasons that are claimed...
Enjoy your day, I have an evening alone with my wife (a rarity!)
Time, as always will tell.
Jeff
