And the fact is that it was only his second tournament on grass on men´s tour and his favourite surface is clay, where had he already achieved a few impressive wins - defeated f.ex. hard-hitting F.Gonzalez, French Open champion Gaudio or Czech Novak on this surface. I personally love first round tennis tournaments as top players are often matched with bad players. There are a lot of opportunities for an easy win.

I put $500 on each of Fuelsaver's picks yesterday, Mayer's match was delayed due to darkness, he is winning bigtime, just needs one more point to win. And Srichapan plays at 3 PM GMT today. Dang I really thought both of these matches would have been played yesterday!

This is a great value pick. The line is in favour of obata but im not sure why. All indications point towards a win for Uberoi. Great odds here but Dont go too big on this one ,play conservatively.

Bartoli has injury problems and is not in good form the past few weeks. Douchevina on the other hand has won wimbledon, finalist at roland garros and semi finalist at australian open. Another thing is at all their previous meetings douchevina has won.

This seems to be a good value pick. Bet conservatively.

"I can't believe what I am seeing on the Chiefs @ Cowboys O/U. It is currently at 40 and I can see NO WAY this game goes over 40 points.

I would be shocked if this game goes over 30 points.

This is the last preseason game of the year. Offensive starters almost never play more than a series (if that long). Dallas just played on Monday night. I don't expect to see many of their starters in the game much past their first series.

Don't look for the Chiefs to play the offensive starters more than 1 series, maybe 2 at the MOST. Chances are, the big name starters (Priest, Trent Green, Gonzalez, Richardson, Hall) may only get a handful of snaps before removing the pads for the night. Dallas has a strong starting defense. I don't see the Chiefs putting any TDs on the board....unless they get a big break somehow.

Injuries, injuries, injuries. There is at least one starting OL for the Chiefs that is very questionable (Brian Waters) and Ryan Lilja, an undrafted rookie, is expected to get a lot of snaps in his place. The Chiefs are once again missing 2 of their starting 3 WRs. The defensive starters for the Chiefs may get quite a bit of playing time. They are still trying to put their new defensive scheme together, and with all the injuries they've had it seems as though Gunther wants them to get quite a bit of playing time. The Chiefs defense against the Cowboy backups equals lots of punts (and vice versa). As banged up as the Chiefs are defensively though, I'd be surprised if the starters played much more than the 1st half - and they are already without both starting safeties (although Jerome Woods is due back this week), MLB (Kawika Mitchell), DE (Vonnie Holliday), and CB (Dexter McCleon).

Todd Collins has looked great as a backup QB. His backup spot is solidified. Damon Huard, on the other hand, hasn't looked that great at all. I expect him to get a lot of the snaps on Thursday night (probably most, if not all of the 2nd half). "

"Another selection for the Oakland Athletics my favourite team, Oakland currently rule the AL West 4 games up on Anaheim and looking good for the Play Offs.

Toronto are 6 losses aawy from being mathmatically eliminated from the Play offs, though i think we can all agree that they have no chance and are more or less out now.

In terms of stats Oakland have a home record of 45-19 and against the AL East it reads 21-16, Toronto have an away record of 22-43 and against teams from the AL West it reads 14-13 and it must be noted that they are on a winning steak of 2, even so Oakland clearly have the superiority based on the stats.

The last time these 2 met just after the All star festivities it finished 1 game apiece at Oaklands Colleseum but this is a very different scenario today and Oakland know that they must keep winning and to lose at home to Toronto would hurt, Anaheim are only 4 games adrift and every game counts now.

Toronto are basically playing for pride and that will not be enough against this Oakland team.

I am happy to back The Oakland Athletics for a home win. "
