Have you considered providing a laying service,rather than looking for winners?I'm looking at Betfair just now,and it seems to be much easier to find losers rather than winners.

This may sound like something from a fictional book but...It's easier to find the winners in my opinion.

Many losers but not all will have the funds available to match every bets. More room for error when finding winners and the returns is more in your favor.

Yes,the liability factor in laying is the drawback.Lay a 20-1 selection and it wins,you are then paying out that amount.
I think if it's possible to find weak favourites with low prices then laying is a good option.Perhaps if you layed several long priced horses each day over the month,any hits you take to your bank could be cancelled out.You would still make a profit overall.I've come across services that have good track records.One provided around 270 losing lays before it gave out a winner!Long priced horses many of them though.It illustrates my point though.Even if he gave out 3 or 4 winners at 40-1 or so,you would still be well in profit to level stakes.
