Everybody should distinguish well between 14 DHS and Libertyreserve.
LR has been attacked and is still not fully functional or not available.
Obviously the traffic in this network >MEMBER - LIBERTYRESERVE - 14 DHS< is interrupted for a limited time

14 DHS has nothing to do with the LR problems and people should be reminded every 5 minutes to be patient. The first person interested to re-stabilize the situation is JFox. All our gratitude is owed to JFox. No other surfsite would continue the job like JFox is doing under these circumstances!

We have more than one solution in place, and are trying to select the most efficient one. Please rest assured that Liberty Reserve is going to be back up..... Unfortunately decisions of this importance can not be made on a fly and without extensive research. We are looking for a permanent solution that will prevent all future outages related to DDOS attacks. This process is slow, but very rewarding at the end. I want to join this awesome program, but Liberty Reserve is down everywhere. I trust JFox even I'm still not a member in his project. I will be the first person to join after LR situation solved :)
