If you decide to participate in round 2 do it with out expectation of refund. Best to put the hope of one out of your mind for now. You should always remember that sometimes the best intentions from an admin, in this case Scott can be screwed by outside events or those that slip inside.

Better if someone that has intention of performing something along the lines of refund not announce it, but just do it down the line if possible. Treating both big or small players the same, no matter how loud some complain.

Still firm in my belief that the evil word REFUND doesn't belong in hyip, Rounds are better, one finishes when the $$ are gone, the next one starts fresh.

same scam-procedure, that only members whoe are not in profit will get a refund?

I had a pending payment, now it´s all zero.
I tested again with $20 and waiting for $420 from my old pending.

Real quick update:

14DHS has been reopened for only 2 days and we have well over 100 members upgrading. Simply amazing to see all of you still here believing in the program/ business model.

We will be starting on the refunds tomorrow. I hope you all realize that this will be done in cycles.
