I was able to reach customer service live chat by pretending to be someone else other than my actual account, and my question was "How to invest into New Year's plan" so someone would talk to me. If I was using chat as my own account and asking "I have 4 pending withdrawals" they would never answer my chats.

That is odd. I called chat and spoke to them about my two pending payments and we had a very good discussion. They reassured me that I would be paid. I do not believe they are screening their calls depending on what the topic is. Really, I would not mind if I got paid once all week. It sure would lighten up the load for Macro Trade people. I see so many withdrawls of 1.00 plus a few cents. Once a week withdrawls would be great!
