Hi All,
This is what happened to me on 16th Dec I made two withdrawals of $24 each, and it went into, like normal, the pending mode in my back office. it stayed like that for a few days later I checked and the pending was changed to completed, BUT, no money was received into my AlertPay account. I then sent Macro an email asking what happened to my money and as yet I have not received any response, has this happened to anyone else?
