Normally this program's e-mail is replied very slow! I have reply their e-mail but not any reply after 72 hours.
This program only have a active online support but the online support can't do anything:)
Hope this program team have a nice work in their e-mails!I think there will be more and more investors and e-mails to them!So they should get more high efficiency.

Only the ads department don't work in holidays. But the support and other system is working too!This is a nice great program i think. Any people have questions can contact them with online support or e-mail! Their support work 24*7 hours.

You are right... Their live chat support reminds me of Genius Funds where they copy paste the same answer over and over again. They cannot help what's so ever. I wouldn't be surprised if the Admin himself if running the website all by his own.
