The reason why I am going for a huge legal action against macrotrade.com is here in this recording of chat transcript. After this action on large scale it can be a problem for your funds as well. First you did not even care to confirm the things with customer(me) and then secondly you replied after 13-14 days. Is this the way how customer care works at macro trade. I did make a mistake in calculating interest and this was not a big murder crime I did? If you can without asking the customer change the plan which gives loss(less interest) then you can also change it vice versa. I have only 30 USD invested in my macrotrade account. Atleast you should have sent me a confirmation mail and asked me. OR atleast you should have replied faster could have NOT created problems. Kalpesh: Now, I want you to act faster. Kalpesh: 30 USD is not a big deal for any investor. But these practices of careless customer care could be a big deal for macrotrade. So, don't let your company's name spoil. And take actions rather then speaking to me for several days on one single issue without taking actions. It will not take too much time for me to take legal actions against macrotrade if this continues.
