One of the things that all the moderators do is follow posts to ensure they're within the rules. I'm drawn here to your specific posts because one of the members has filed a complaint against you because you're not within the forum rules.

Personal attacks on Joseph or anyone else in here will not be tolerated and you best read the rules if you haven't already. If you don't like the rules you can contact Brian or post somewhere else, next time you'll be getting warning points.

I must have been writing a special nonunderstandable english here but again, it is Joseph who attacks me in every post :) I'm surprised to know he files a complain against me instead of banning himself.

To do business with FSA you must:

either
- Have office and physical presence in the UK. Then one just submit the form listed on their website and provide details of your business.

or
- Have office and physical presence in one of countries in European Union.

We don't have offices in EU or in UK, therefore we cannot be registered with FSA. Yes, we have lots of UK customers and we use american and ukrainian
regulations for doing business with them.

You just have not enough information, we DO want to comply with European Union regulations because it means lots of business opportunities for us. This is we we're registering a company in Germany right now and once it is done we will proceed to EU financial authorities.

And of course it is a nonsense that one cannot fund his account with one payment method and withdraw to another. :) So if you deposit cash with check in your bank you cannot request a wire transfer? :)

The translation of all this is what notanewbie noted to you. You can't and aren't permitted to deal with UK citizens as a result because you don't currently qualify,

I have no proof if UInvest is real or not, I treat it as a hyip first. Then, should it prove differently beyond every doubt, much better.
Anyway I wouldn't define "poor" a hyip that is 15 months online already, considered the recent average lifetime in this market.

True that the returns here aren't as high as in many other hyips, however for ealy birds UInvest has been everything except poor :holiday:
