I am an old member of this forum already. Been away for a long time but as one can see, still alive :)

As for Uinvest: I have read through all messages regarding them but I could not find any hard evidence for them to be legit, nore fraud. This said it cannot convince me to really invest in their program because for that I really would expect real evidence.

I did some minor research on them and I have seen some things said which caught my attention.

PRO:

THey are not like an usual HYIP. Their concept seems unique in this HYIP business
Their addresses as stated on their website are the real adresses. Did some WHOIS lookup and could not find anything strange or different
They are responsive upto this date
They are paying upto this date.

Contra:
Website seems professional. Have some doubts since they are using opensource script Joomla. ( Not neccessary a sign for scam though)
Beverly Hilsss Chamber of commerce. Has no meaning at all. as one member also stated: everyone can participate over there.
Most disturbing: Performing Affiliate contests. THIS is a red mark to me. From the moment a program starts with these kind of activities it smels like a big ponzi sceme to me. Until proven otherwise Uinvest is not for me to invest.

After reading the article I am more then ever sure this will turn into a scam.

To those who post payment messages: I do understand you and it is normal that you will speak in favor for Uinvest. However, you would be surprised how professionaly a scam can be set up. There is so much they can pretent to be or pretent to do. The hotels for example where placed into another background using photoshop. This is not done by mistake, is it?

I have seen hyips comming up who looked even more professional than the offline business I work in. I myself lost a lot of money in the old "feederfund" ( Who remembers them? ) IN those days, feederfund was considered to be the safe haven amongst the many scammers and indeed they survived for a long time. And then.......... they dissapeared with the rest of them.

I am sorry for not remembering what I am going to tell you to conclude: but on one of the major forums once there was a post, written by very professional scammers. In this post they explained into detalis how a HYIP scam could be setup, what they did to make it look professional and they laughed in our face while epxlaining all of this scam.

So dear fellow-members. A HYIP looking professional, claiming to have offices, documents, representations in several countries and so on and so on.... it means nothing really. I am so sorry to say that, but we must realise that in general HYIP is nothing more than a game.

I am very sure, among all those HYIPS there WILL be programs who really want to stay as long as they can. Even I can believe that some of them REALLY invest money in for example forex, but the majority of them.......?

FeederFund was a pool, so it was doomed to failure.
About Uinvest, I suggested them to make an interview with my journalist to clarify some doubts but they refused because I am not "friendly" for them. I am expecting now to receive their official response and I hope there will be some proofs and explanations why my article is "biased" and which information is "incorrect".

Always paying and on time too. Got this payment in less than thirty minutes of requesting a withdrawal, is that not wonderful? Doesn't that alone speak much more than words? Invest now while they are still strong, no one is saying a business (whether legit or otherwise) is going to last forever no matter how promising and consolidated they might look. The truth remains that as long as they are being run by "human beings" they are bound to develop problems.

I have been with uinvest for more than ten months now, and all those while they have paid me and answered every query without delay. It is only out of sheer envy and ingratitude that some individuals/organisations deem it fit to "condemn" uinvest even in spite of that they are still waxing strong, though i will not be surprised if they returned investors' money and close shop due to the many accusations being levelled at them. I know too many people will want to disagree with me but i have concrete evidence as to my claims. I speak no more.
