or you rent a few buildings there or just one, or maybe floor or just a room or two
Since just toilets there has no numbers, hope your office has, if so what number is, floor etc.. so any one may visit

ok about uinvest.. Stay here since july 2010 and it is great company.. They sent me signed document share owner after more than 50 days investing. Uinvest is not HYIP.. I was found this thread a year ago in advertising section, I think the management moved it to HYIP disscus to attract investor. Generally the investor, they not aware with real investment, they just know HYIP. adn HYIP almost 100% is scammer

People are free to play with scams in my opinion, but as a courtesy we (those who know better) should help them to know what they are dealing with... mrGSH, I fight and always will for the reputation of our company. Nobody can tell we're scam because we work hard to satisfy every business owner and uinvestor. I'm however opened for any opinions as long as they're reasonable, intelligent and said in a polite manner. Nothing of the above is the case for you, mrGSH and Joseph.

UInvest is a registered business in Ukraine. Our registration number is 37635071. Will you doubt it?

UInvest is licensed to deal with finances, including being a financial intermediary. Will you doubt it?

UInvest is an agent of one of ukrainian banks. This allows us to act as a financial institution and process users' transactions without being licensed as a broker/dealer in Ukraine. Will you doubt it?

Thus, our business is absolutely legitimate and your first statement is not true.

With regards to the USA - we're in the process of getting licensed as a securities broker/dealer. We have agreements with two lawyer companies in California that guide us through the process. Will you doubt it?


Now about offices. There are phones and staff working in our Ukrainian and American offices. Ukrainian office is fully functioning while American office has two people working there (need to wait for the license). We have agreements with landlords for both addresses and we really work there. Will you doubt it?

See - these are facts. If you have any doubts about them - let me know which exactly statement seems unclear to you. If you just state something without any explanation - it means you're not serious person not worth any attention. There is no other way for you - either give reasonable doubts based on something or accept you're wrong. 1. Ukraine doesn't have such united online registry as the one you can see in the USA. We send out kits with copies of our documents to those investors who interested, by mail.

2. and 3. - will respond via PM and ask you not to transmit this information further in public. Such information posted in public, I suspect, can be used by scammers and inadequate supermoderators to bring harm.
