I contacted Cysec several times by email... no response, although its very clear Dixoman Trading Ltd, based on Cyprus, has no licence issued by the Cysec in order to be able to offer funds for purchasing, the Cysec does not want to intervene. so like in the case of Genius Funds feel free to invest, its all illegal and one fine day they will run away with your money. No one of the dixoman or flamanta people will disagree and post here, they say they have offices in the USA and therefore they dont need a licence in Cyprus. But have you ever asked if the have a licence issued by the authorities in the USA? they dont have it at all. These are very mean scammers and you gonna lose your money one fine day. You will see. I know its a game and that all hyips are a scam, but for the newbies here...be careful. don't play too long the game... soon they will run away

no response up to date, thats why in the EU fraud and scams are so easely possible. Genius Funds was THE best example, after more than a year they figured out that Genius Funds has no licence and issued a warning...too late for many investors who lost all their money. You can warn the CYSEC about flamanta, the won't answer and put your email to the spam folder...

Cyprus is a paradise for scammers like Genius Funds and Flamanta. They will show you nice certificates of incorporation. You know what? They ARE registered in Cyprus, yes! Genius Funds is still a registered company in Cyprus (status: active) but they ran away with all the money. The same will happen with flamanta. It's a brand beloinging to Dixoman Trading Ltd., a registered company in Cyprus, they will show you all the certificates but at the end they are mean scammers who will run away with all your money one fine day. to the newbies out there: be warned...don't play the game too long. I know all hyips are scam.
