I sent a support ticket to ALertpay Nov. 6th explaining them that i didnt get the service i paid for, they answered to me on Monday, and same email went to the owner/seller asking him to answer in 5 bussines days to me and them. He didnt.
So on the 6th day i answered back to them that still i didnt receive the service and the seller didnt contact/answer me and they refunded my money the next day
Total calendar days of waiting since the dispute day 8.
You MUST answer to them after 5 bussines days if the seller doesnt answer to the dispute to get your money back. If 10 days pass, they asume that the dispute is solved between you and the seller
