UPDATE FROM ADMIN AND A NEW WEEKLY PAYMENT

Dear clients, friends and fans

I trust you are doing well.

We are very glad reaching the 1000 member mark soon, proving that newGNi is growing steady as expected. Quite a few recurring support requests are reaching us on a daily base, that I like to address today:

1. Members contacting us, wondering why their IP is changing, confirming that they are with the same Internet Service Provider for a [long] while.

Please do not misunderstand the difference between ISP and IP. ISP is your Internet Service Provider, while IP is your Internet Protocol address. In many cases an ISP issues a dynamic IP address to you when you connect to their network. The next time you connect to, they may issue you a new different IP address, depending on their own internal procedures and policies.

If our system is detecting an IP change, a one time login PIN is sent to your email address on file, to make sure its you logging into your account. You can always check the IPs used for accessing your account by clicking on the ‘Security Log‘ in the ‘My Account‘ section of your back-office.

To check your current IP address by yourself please visit this site.

2. The second issue is related to the first one and is about the login PIN. Members are complaining that they've requested multiple login PIN‘s and not one is working. First at all, please avoid to request more than one PIN within a 30 minute period, as this might block your account for 30 minutes. Secondly, if you copy and paste the PIN make sure that there are no spaces before or after the characters. If you copy and paste, we recommend to double click the PIN code, then using the copy and paste commands of your browser.
