Thanks to this group, £4000 refunded with VISA

I almost gave up at the first hurdle (my first dispute was defended by SP), but I put together a letter based on what was available on here from other users.

And it's come good today, I've a permanent refund with an apology of delay from the CC company.

PS. Any detractors who come into this thread to discredit the legitimacy of my dispute will be IGNORED.

As far as I'm concerend the credit card company have had nearly six months to test the legitimacy of the dispute and would have found it invalid had it been so.

Ya..I found the 'group' and successfully debated SP's response using the data available.. Great , thanks to the 'group'.

how do you do that? can any pm me and help me out ? I lost like 450$ from my VISA to stormpay and spent them om 12DP and other HYIPS.. Is there a chance I can get them back, like many others ?

hey me to ....I got refunded just the other day here in the UK....for a total of $4000 which was about £2400 sterling....it was spread accross 3 cards....

What was really good was that I got refunded the sterling amount based on the exchange rate from January. so basically my £1160 was $2150 when back then it was 2 grand USD...

excellent...I think most people in the UK are getting their money back now.

Possibly because UK has laws to prevent consumers from getting screwed by crooks like the ones at Stormpay, so the banks don't wanna get into that hence do everything they can for UK customers.

I'm glad for those laws that ensure UK people will get treated right. Too bad other nations don't have it so good and their banks don't really care when consumers get screwed by crooks.

Congratulations to all who have received chargebacks. Each time SP have to come up with some money, it makes me laugh.

I have just won one of my chargebacks for over $3500. Let's hope the others go the same way.
