I living in Vietnam (Asia Area, near China). I need consultative:

1. I want make a paypal & ebay account vertify with a real billing in US. What the name's card I should buy and it's cost?

2. Should buy which card can withdraw money from paypal to the card, from the card I can withdraw money to ATMs machine in worldwide with the no fee or minimum fee? it's cost?

3. Can I use Card Tech Virtual Mastercard same as a Credit Card? (It's mean the Virtual Mastercard can pay all payment use Credit Card include CVV2 number).

4. What mean minimum or maximum limit to how much value a CardTech Virtual Mastercard?

Isn't $20 minimum I need upload fund in the first time to Card Tech Virtual Mastercard. Later, I upload fun Any amount will do?

5. Expiry Date of Card Tech Virtual Mastercard Is not More than 1 year.

What exactly how many month customer can used the card. And after card expire, how to renew it?

6. I intend buy music cd and will ship thems to my country (VietNam). But some site, they don't allow ship items to my country. Some site only allow ship to local & near area my country in Asia such as: China, Japan, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Brunei, Macau, Philippines, Australia and New Zealand.

In the case, Have the ways or must buy the what card can help me buy & ship the items to my country easily?

Nếu cậu muốn verify pp và ebay theo tôi biết cậu có thể dùng VCC. Muốn có điạ chỉ US để mua tren ebay cậu dùng 1 dịch vụ forward mail thuê 1 đia chỉ ở US nó sẽ fw về VN cho cậu.
Tôi thấy đa số card đều là debit atm hoặc credit thì ở đâu cũng vận phí rút tiền mặt cho các loại này phải là 4%.
Virtual card thì cậu chỉ để mua hàng hoặc verify PP chứ ko rút tiền mát atm.
Vì vậy với nhu cầu mua hàng thường xuyên của cậu tôi nghĩ cậu nên order loại Cirrus debit atm, vừa rút, vừa thêm tiền vào card được.
Đó là ý kiến của tôi, tôi cũng mong các member cho thêm những lời khuyên khác
