You can't say that they are indeed registered. We don't know if they are even legal or legit yet. Anybody can make up a document on Microsoft Word.

We don't know if DXGLOBAL itself is registered yet. Until DXGLOBAL itself is registered and allowed to register individuals, these documents are worthless. You are jumping the gun.

Who cares if DXGlobal is registered. It does not own, control or have any interest in the Global Companies other than that it requires DXMerchants and others to have one.

Who cares if they are registered??? Are you nuts. It is important. They can't register individuals as IBC's or other legal forms unless they themselves are registered.

This goes back to before, BobbyU. You have no clue what you are talking about on this subject and you are totally confused.

Plus, the registrations are for REVIEW ONLY. What if there are mistakes on them? It means that they haven't actually submitted these documents to Vanuatu authorities for actual APPROVAL. They are just making sure they are okay before they submit them. Right now they are just pieces of paper.

I am gonna jump the fence for a minute here.

Bobbyu: It does matter if dxglobal is registered or not because, if they are NOT registered then they can not file the paperwork to register the dxglobal companies with the VFSC, If they can't do that then the dxglobal companies are NOT registered. And they wouldnt be anyway, not yet, they just put up the constitutions, those need to be examined by the people registering dxglobal companies and modify them if its needed and then send that back to dx so that their company can be registered.

Dogman's point is not entirely irrelevant, although he may be stressing it just at time when events will show him wrong. We'll have to see. But, it is the case that normally in Vanuatu it takes 1 to 2 weeks to incorporate a Local Company. We were told more than two weeks ago by the VFSC that DXGlobal Ltd's application for incorporation as a Local Company was pending. Something is going on. In the meantime, in typical DX fashion, as Dogman points out, DX is taking money for a service they are not yet able to provide. But, that could be changing as I write this.

By the way, have the registrants been receiving the "editable" constitutions they were promised by the end of last week?

Ask someone who paid for a Global Company if it is registered or not. What makes you assume that the registration was handled by DXGLOBAL?
