They won't pay out your money by check or e-gold never !
I have connected Mr. Sandyp(customersupport) by phone but I got no results
They have stolen my money with their spam reasons .
Don't use AlertPay anymore ...

I don't think alertpay had taken your money. It's just that they have locked your account because you failed to answer your security questions correctly. Contact their customer support and am sure they will help you out.

No dear you are in the wrong way they are big scammers .
I have lost 3500$ in it .
I have connected by phone also but no reasonable answer !
They don't pay the big withdraws !!!
