Where to begin advertising/promoting HYIP

Hey everyone, I am launching my HYIP soon and was wondering what are the best places to advertise and place my banner? I have around $400 for advertising.. I want to get as much attention as possible so I want to spend alot on promotion. Can anyone give me any good suggestions? Thanks

Most successful admins have emails in their database...spending on advertising sucks and don't have good result. If you advertise on TG, I suggest you go with paid forum folder instead of paying very expensive banner and text links..
