some asian bookies and european bookies accept paypal. paypal gambling rules is only for certain demographies.

www.surebetbookies.com/bookmakers.html has a comprehensive list of bookmakers which use Neteller and also provides information on their fees, time to deposit and withdraw and min/max for deposit/withdrawal.

It will soon have a much larger listing too and cover moneybookers and Egold.
