I've been doing paid-to-reads for about 2 years now and this is by far my favorite. I've been a member since April, 2006. Payout is $2.00 a month paid once a month within 24 hours after request. They pay by paypal, alertpay, e-gold and check.
There are about 50-60 e-mails a day. The searchs are worth .55 a piece. They are lots of point mails with high values (22-110) which you can use for advertising other things. I use mine for the paid-to-promote at PolarPtr and Donkeymails.
The best thing about this ptr is the webmaster Ron Cheneler. He is the best! He is very responsive to emails and they have a forum and it seems like he is always in there.
There is a click contest with 1st place getting 10 cents for every 1,000 clicks, 2nd place 9 cents and all the way down to 10th place.

Have been payed out for the second time now.

Payouts are made within 24 hours.
First payout after reaching limit, after first payout you can be payed out every 30 days if you reached minimum payout.

update: Tesas now (according to their front page) now sends 90-130 mails a day.

Quick story about OpaBear (admin)
When I first signed up, I put in the wrong paypal ID. A week later I got unrequested payout. Well, I soon found out I had the wrong id when my money wasn't in paypal. Two days ago paypal refuneded the money (as the account didn't exist) and OpaBear promptly returned the money to me.
There arent many admins that would return money that the user already thinks is gone... Great program, one to stay with for a long time.
