need vmi help, please help

I need to transfer money from a bank account to my vmi card, how do i do this?

Also i know you can bank wire the funds or ACH

How do i do both?

What is the difference?

As I know for ACH deposits it is:

Routing Number : 111900756
Southwest Bank
acc number : 8+ last 9 digits of the card number

You can google to find out
ACH is like bill pay or direct deposit from one local bank to another
if bank dont take ach payment u will have to do a wire if its to an international bank

Wire Transfer is expensive
ACH Transfer is inexpensive
