Is PT Shamrock good for forming corporations?

I am interested in forming an offshore corporation in Seychelles. Would PT Shamrock be a good place to do this?

Does anyone have any experience with doing business with them?

I noticed some people mentioned Seychelles corps are no longer good and that Panama corps are "hot". Why?

PT Shamrock is a reseller for First Oceanic Bank and a reference for them -- they also charge through the nose for their services -- expect to pay double or triple for the same service you can get elsewhere.
