You'll never receive a card. Even the wholesalers can't sell them as cheap as that, it has to be a scam.

OK, I can afford to take the risk. First tell me are the cards reloadable? I'm not interested in a disposable card. I can use it to buy online and verify paypal etc? Clearly you take egold. Is it reloadable with egold. How do we reload it if you have no web site?
