Paypal limited => confirm location needed

i have a us premier paypal ,

now when i log i get this "confirm location" at resolution center.

i need to confirm my location by answering a phone call.

can it be done with a vcc with expanded number?

Our Cards can Verify Paypal ( we have registered Mastercard).

In your case if you have a Verifiable phone Number...You can confirm your location with phone Number...else they will despatch a Mail to the Paypal Registered Address which contain a code..

That what you need is a phone number which one is forwarding to a US phone number, so Paypal will be able to call you, even when you stay in the Bahamas and your number is a nuyorican one.

why pp need to confirm my location?

i didnt use a vcc with expanded number when i registered the pp .

is this the reason for the limitation?

does it mean that i must provide a phone number from the same city and state registered on pp account?

all you need is an internet connection and a usa number (match the area code of your location address), you can do with VOIP, it's a bot automated call, and you have to be in front of your pc, cause you will confirm the PIN code in your acc. screen when pp do a verification call, simply as that.
