My VCC can Verify all country Paypal accounts...Bin and Issuing Bank does not matter...

Discounted offer will be going for some time before closing..

What do you mean BIN doesn't matter? Of course it matters, providing a BIN also partiality proves that you are legitand won't run off with the money. Also why can't they know, I'm sure they have a right to know

Expiry Dates are 3 months from the date of Issue...But your account will be in verified status even after the VCC expires..

So Expiry dates also does not matter..

Do know that paypal don't ask From which bank the card was issued...My clients are happy with the verified status that they are getting with my VCC..
