I keep getting complaints nonstop about delayed withdrawals. There are two main reasons for the delayed withdrawals that you must understand.
1. The current e-gold situation. With the current situation, you all freaked out and panicked withdrawing money from your Please Invest account. If that wasn't bad enough, it is nearly impossible to find an exchanger that is dealing with e-gold anymore these days.
2. A bunch of people went nuts and contacted e-gold after their withdrawals were processed in 24 hours. I get some egold online and ready to pay you, and then all of my e-gold accounts get locked. How on earth am I supposed to pay you if my e-gold accounts are blocked?
I am doing everything right now to get a bunch of withdrawals processed, but those who keep contacting me and giving me all sorts of other problems are just making it take longer for everyone.
Just wondering admin, if all our e-gold is in the those locked accounts, then do you really have enough money set aside to pay us our pendings?
Also if there are so many pendings and shortage of e-gold, wouldnt it make sense to make the daily % much smaller, rather than putting it up at 5% which will only make this situation worse?
I'm just wondering, I have a good amount invested and will reinvest if you stick with us here and not run with our money.

I agree that members should not complain to e-gold and have your accounts blocked. That always does more harm than good. Those of us who are willing to have faith and hope are the ones who loose when others make problems. It is understandable that members make their situations know publicly because that is all we have in order to decide what type of program we are dealing with. Ultimately, the program is whatever the Administrator makes it to be. But business is business. Make good on what is offered in a program and members are happy. Have a problem? Let it be known and get back to business as soon as possible without making excuses. Everyone has better things to do than to waste time reading posts just to see if a certain program is still working. Either it is working or it isn't.
You mentioned you are presently overworked and need help. I hope you get the help you need and keep your members content. And I hope you can resolve all current problems and get back to a smooth operation.

Not sure if anything has changed, but usually, when an account is frozen, it just prevents funds from coming IN, *NOT* going out.
However, with all of the recent changes, I may be mistaken.

Hope the blocked e-gold situation problem gets solved soon. As mentioned earlier when account gets blcked we can send money but cannot receive money. Then why you have problem in sending the withdrawals ??
