Hello Everyone.

I am the administrator and programmer to this opportunity. I have lost a lot of money on may programs and determined to put a stop to it for myself and many others, i dedicated my time to correct flaws on many existing systems to create what I am about to preset here. I must warn you. The information is extensive but well worth your time. If you are determined to earn, this system is FOR YOU.

I started the development 8 + years ago creating different programs and during the last 2 years I have been integrating these into something more practical and profitable.

While considering target audience, useful and functional tools, earnings structures, I can honestly say this is a MUST for anyone looking to actually make money on the Internet.

The program is not easy to catalog being that it covers a wide range of services and pay structures, but I will do my best with this post to make it clear for everyone.

Registration

You can register as a free member and never have to pay a dime.
The only requirement is that you maintain a valid contact email address. This is because at times the system requires actions from members and lack of it can result in lost profits for others. 60 days of inactivity results in the closing of account and loss of any generated profits.

The most important aspect of the system is that all earnings are generated by sales. Various pay-structures are used to distribute up to 97% of sales in a cycling manner which generates profits for EVERYONE. The system does not sell. All sales are assigned to members in order to ensure all members earn bonuses and commissions. The ONLY way to lose is to not participate.

Here is a brief description of each module, the services rendered, costs and earnings plan.

As a participating member you are automatically entered to earn from several programs

MegaTeams (MT) - UnlimitedX4 matrix. The system places referrals in your downline based on your membership level.
(Bronze=FREE, Silver = $24/year, Gold = $36/year, Platinum = $48/year and Diamond = $60/year)

This module manages all of your activities in the different modules. It manages contacts, distributes bonuses, commissions and distributes new members as referrals to everyone based on rank (3 - 6 referrals)

If you are a free member, the system allows you to gather bonuses to pay membership. This generates profits for your sponsors and activates your account to earn increased commissions from all the modules.

You can earn as a free member, however as a paid member the earnings are much higher from each module.

Each module has its own independent plan and you do not have to participate to earn, but if you do, your earnings will increase.

The ultimate goal is to participate in all the modules and receive earnings from over 100 different directions. Escalating gets easier as you go, being that you can pay for services with generated profits.

MegaReplicator (MR) - This module manages Google-type text ads. Behaves like a doubler, but unlike a doubler, it does NOT stop. It has been running for 3 years now and spots are $1, $2, $5, $10, $20 and $50. The longest line ($1) is now almost an unheard of 21,000 un-cycled spots!

EVERYONE participates either paying or using bonuses given by Mega. Some other differences to doublers are...

1- One enters, one cycles
2- One cycles, 5 get paid
3- Payments are in 2 parts. Commissions and bonuses. Bonuses can only be spent and ensure continuity.
4- There is an associated service with each purchase. (Text ads)
5- Everyone increases Ad exposures as the # os spots increase. Everyone earns bonuses to purchase more spots. Paid members earn commissions.

Generating $1,000,000 (G1M) - This system manages distribution rights to our eBook. Uses a compressed sub-matrix of MegaTeams members. It is forced 10x5. Costs $15 and pays $1 in 4 levels and $10 in level 5. There is no need to sell, the system auto assigns buyers based on their MT matrix position. Buyers are forced from your sponsors down and from your downline up.

MegaClassifieds (MC) - This is our free classifieds system. you can add colors to your ads for $1 and generate commissions and bonuses in 4 levels based on MT memberships.

The following 3 modules use or exclusive dual-matrix system which ensure high profits in a short time. The concept is totally radical and there is NO OTHER system in existence that utilizes the distribution mechanism. (Currently being patented).

There are major flaws with matrix and straight-line systems which hurt all participating members. These flaws which I list here are all ELIMINATED in these systems.

1- In a matrix system, only the first members really benefit. As the matrix grows, the chances of EARNING diminish.
These systems are LINEAR (like doublers) so everyone earns in turn.

2- In a matrix system, the fat-cats at top receive the earnings and do nothing for those at the bottom.
These systems cycle. Anyone exiting with earnings re-enters at the end of the line. There is no get-paid and run.

3- In a matrix system, spots are filled my members making it harder to fill new spots.
In these systems the spots are not filled by users. They are filled by purchases. Each participating member is GUARANTEED to purchase over and over again for as long as they are members and their # of spots WILL increase constantly.

4- In a linear system (doubler), when 2 purchases are made one gets paid and never comes back.
In these systems when 2 purchases are made, 1 cycles and 5 get paid bonuses and commissions.

5- In a linear system (doubler), everyone enters and exits in order, discouraging members with lines gradually getting longer.
In these systems, everyone enters and exits in order, however if you have followers (personal invites) whenever any 2 purchases are made by these people or 2 of their positions cycle, you also cycle immediately, REGARDLESS of your current spot position. you can be last in a line of 2,000 cycle immediately. Cycling by referral purchases can also create a domino effect in which a single purchase cause many to cycle and many more to get paid.

6- In a Matrix system you are bound to be under your sponsors all the time.
These systems allow you to activate under your sponsors while they can follow YOU (as your referrals!) and earn bonuses and commissions form the earnings they*help you generate!

These systems are currently being enhanced with a profit-sharing pool which will distribute monthly additional earnings to all participating members with a paid membership, regardless of whether they spend or cycle during the month.

MegaBannerMatrix (MBM) - $10 one-time payment is enough to earn for life. The service allow you to place a banner which can be any of 3 sizes, 3 languages and can be graphic, text or banner exchange. There are requirements to participate in the $20 group and the $50 group.

MegaPromoters (MP) - $10 one time payment is enough to earn for life. The service provides manual surf and requires you to visit 6 sites a month. There are requirements to participate in the $20 group and the $50 group.

EgoldBuddies (EB) - This is our prime banner ads. The cost per spot are $100, $500 and $1000. Same basic proven pay-plan as MBM and MP, but profits generated are 10X greater.

Many are just waking up to one of our modules (MBM)

Over 500 $2 bonuses were distributed in MR!!!

There are still 400+ that have not been spent by members that received them.

These bonuses were given to qualifying members that have at least 8 spots in the $1 line. Members that have not been spending their $1 bonuses, obviously do not have enough spots to receive these.

These bonuses are distributed EVERY month right after the pool distribution.

As most members already know, Mega consists of several programs which generate earnings through more than 200 streams.

Ideally active members should participate in all the modules, but it is not always possible to do so.

For this reason, Mega employs several step-up offers which help members escalate with earnings, promotions, bonuses and gifts.

eGold Buddies is Mega's big fish. It is our highest priced program and the one with the largest pay-outs.

Until now, Mega has been pushing the MBM and MP modules which are $10 per spot. These are meant to introduce members into the cycler/doubler matrix systems employed by Mega.

$35.00 commissions,
$25.00 bonus (to pay for new spots)
$100.00 paid re-entry (if active)

Each of 4 sponsors receive up to
$2.00 in bonuses
$4.00 in Commissions (need paid membership)

$10.00 go into a share-profit pool distributed monthly to qualified members. (members with a paid yearly membership) This pool increases each month.

$6.00 cover administration costs.

Simple!
2 Enter, One cycles, 5 Get PAID, At-least 1 re-enters!!
This can repeat in a chain reaction.
