Monitor Admins & Program Admins Stop Spamming/Post Building

We`re still finding some Monitor Admins on a post building exercise to draw attention to their monitors.

This is clearly unacceptable, and posts such as - `Hi admin,welcome to talkgold,` "Nice plan! I'll visit your site and learn more," `Welcome to TG folder, admin. Have a fun day,` "Good design and nice plan, will keep an eye on your program" will result in warnings being given by moderators

In addition:

1. There has to be a minimum amount of $1 you are claiming to have been paid.

2. Monitors may only post to say they have been paid once within any 24 hour period in the same program thread.

Today,

I just warned 4 members and banned 2 members who post such words everywhere.
So i want remind everyone to keep the rules or you will be warned.

Everyone plz remind yourself anytime, dont spam in the forum or pcb here.

Another situation found, many members include the monitors admin, they have no other word to say so just post the site stat in the thread.

I want to add to this thread that sometimes we`re finding some Program Admins making numerous posts to say `Payout made` or similar. Yes, members like to see that payments have been made, but there should be no need under normal circumstances to keep bumping threads with that kind of information.

We don`t want to see admins posting the same thing several times a day, it isn`t necessary. If that happens we`ll view it as thread bumping and a warning may be given.

Please note with immediate effect an addition to the rules:

1. There has to be a minimum amount of $1 you are claiming to have been paid.
