Is there a reliable card that would accept deposits via snail mail and would be able to ship the card to me overseas?

I asked for a bank account for this same thing in another thread, but it would be nice to know if there is simply a debit/credit card account that would do this. I originally asked for a bank account but any other option would be great too.

What's so special with snail mail?

You can open an account with http://www.virtualmoneyinc.com and have emailed a debit card anywhere in the world to withdraw your money at ATMs

The big deal is that I need one that accepts deposits by check via snail mail. VMI just will not cut it. Thank you for the suggestion though!

Usually us banks accepts cheques by mail and issue debit cards for their clients.
