I need a reliable VPN service that allows me to choose what country i want my IP to be in. I would also like it to be a private IP so that nobody else can use it. It would be nice to be able to pay with e-gold too.

Shared IP mean that everytime you connected, server will connect you with a random IP. Most like your normal local internet access.

Dedicated mean that you will get a IP that it's always your very own IP that others never can connect with it. Everytime you connect, you will have always your own IP. (Good for professionals)

You can choose between L2TP IPSec and PPTP. Also you will be able to change it anytime from your connection.

It's high speed VPN and it will have same speed as your local internet connection. This mean when you connect to your local internet provider with 56 KB speed, it will have same speed, too. If more it will be more,too.
