Getting Referrals?, What do you do?

What are your best techniques for getting referrals??? Do you use forums, posters, flyers? I'm just looking for some new and creative ways to get some program info out there

For example I offer a dollar or so to any of my new referrals.

there are many resources using google search, join referral groups, networks including traffic exchange, also many networking communities such as Facebook, Myspace and also Youtube video's,

Keep in mind Building groups is easy to do in such a short time, but also make sure there is a program to involve your referral teams.

very good post and has been around a lot this qs of "how to get refs" actually the answer is not as simple as the qs sounds. it involves lot's of work and basically depends upon what sort of a program you want refs for, if it's a ptc it takes less work, if it's a cheap mlm a little more work, or if it's one of those biggies out there it will take a lot of work.
