Default Brian, instead of endorsing a payment system...

It's about 5 AM here. I am your typical TG user who stays mostly on the "Guest" list down there much but has witnessed everything from e-Gold's beginning to e-Gold demise. Just like most of you who thought e-Gold would not eventually be weakened by keeping its main office and servers in the U.S., I have been reading back and forth through posts in this thread, and similar ones on other money-making forums.

There is an answer!! And I wonder why none of those in power (financially) are not using the resources of law, the internet, and boundaries outside the U.S. for the solution to this E-CURRENCY PROBLEM!!

The PAYMENT PROCESSOR must be (1) ANONYMOUS, (2) SAFE, (3) HAVE NO-CHARGE-BACKS, and (3) MUST BE LEGAL IN COUNTRY OF BUSINESS. The concept is basically to be able to purchase PRIVATE "UNITS"/"POINTS" (as opposed to gold) of the payment processor and treat it like CASH -- your name is not imprinted nor can it be traced back to you and once it is given away, you cannot get it back.

So how would we go about do this million-dollar idea, mate?

(1) Have a nice chat with WSR Corporation Services ...
http://www.wsr-corporation.com/en/license-epayment.html

Costs about $8K for a complete LEGAL offshore business, E-Payment license (not specified with country), and a complete LEGAL offshore banking account ready to do business with exchangers and the public.

(2) Hey, CYBERICA!!
http://www.cyberica.ws/hosting/privacy/

Not sure how happy they would be hosting another e-Currencies site, but they charge $100/year for complete private/offshore hosting (would double check to make sure its offshore..)

(3) Find that programmer to make it happen ..
http://www.scriptlance.com/

I'm sure to make a pretty much carbon-clone copy of e-Gold couldn't be much .. just ask (2) But seriously, let's just say between $500 - $2K, possibly even FREE knowing the talented skill at TG..

(4) Set your fees (1 .. 2 .. 3% whatever your fancy is. It would really depend on what your going to base your currency rate on, if it even fluctuates at all), and write up a VERY CLEAR T.O.S./F.A.Q. that makes it CLEAR that the currency is ANONYMOUS and CHARGE-BACK FREE, and that they understand once they send their "POINTS"/UNITS/CURRENCY is gone into the hands of the other account with no possibility of remain, just like cash.

*** So for about $8K + $100/year + the cost of a programmer + a GOOD administration and financial team which I AM POSITIVE TG has, we could really start our own currency.

Hope those who do have money will consider. There are many odds and ends that could be more elaborated on but I thought maybe just sparking the idea would bring more discussion. I know Brian that there must be $8K in advertising profit lying around, someone!!

There are plenty of payment processors around. OK just a few are suitable for HYIPs, autosurf's etc. - but even for this arena they are existing. Offshore, licensed and in my opinion professional managed.

Why should one invent the wheel again and again?

Safe and anonymous could be construed as being mutually exclusive attributes IMO........
