Well, as some people suspected, Dx supposedly recovered and began paying a few people little amounts just in time for them and the government to ask people for tons more REAL money for their Dx Global Registration Renewal. Got to give Dx credit - they know how to run a Scam.

Dear Sir / Madam,
We are writing to you as agents for your International Company which is registered in Vanuatu .
You will have recently received by now your yearly renewal fee for the International Company as required by the Vanuatu Government.
There has been an alternative payment option proposed, as well as the payment option on the original invoice.
The alternative option would be as follows:- $ 950.00
- 350.00 payable now by bank transfer
US$ 600.00 balance payable with DXG-Credit ( monthly installments )
Thank you.
And I'm sure some people will gladly pay it unfortunately.

I'd have to check Scamuatu's fee schedule, but it looks like Merv is just charging the renewal fee in real money that needs to be passed onto the government, (Odd that the VFSC won't take DXG-Credits), and allowing company holders to "pay" the rest in his fake money. In other words, he's forgoing his own profit with the renewals in order to entice folks to pay up. Must be desperate to hang onto those IBC customers, otherwise, the Scamuatu gov't doesn't really have any reason for putting up with his shenanigans.

He's good to the last drop! He will squeeze every last penny he can from this scam. I'm sure that there will be plenty of sheep who will follow in line.
1) How many people are actually going to renew? My guess is only a small fraction of those who are currently merchants will. This leaves the system in an interesting position... Can GDT still blame the merchants for not processing outx's if there are no merchants?
2) We see here that the Government fee is $350 or there abouts... is this the normal fee or the higher fee that GDT had had to pay in order to get the ok from the vanuatu government as rumored by many?
