I know what you are thinking. You're thinking, my god another FxOpen affiliate.
http://fxoceania.com is now open, and is ready to answer any of your questions via their support system.
The support is in english only.
They are looking for clients who are consistent in trading, and who are looking for superior support, and are looking to get away from price manipulation brokers.
The spread is standard.
2 Eur/usd
3 gbp/usd
However the reason I personally have changed brokers to an fxopen affiliate is because of the feed. The feed is very clean cut, and thats what I look for when I am trading my personal account (20k).
The execution is decent, and I have only been slipped once and it was only 1 pip.
They accept scalpers, so long as the trades are open longer than 5 seconds.
Infact I personally would encourage successful scalpers to join this broker.
Please feel welcome to discuss FXOpen and its affiliates in this thread.

BTW, the people who put together the websites you linked to have disappeared from the forums since their scheme to give fxopen a bad reputation has failed.
FxOeania would be a good choice if you want an IB that runs his business from the Southern Hemisphere, and I know their support will bend over backwards to make you happy.
No way to prove which side is right and if a broker said to somebody "We will give you back your money under the agreement that you do not make it public and stop defaming us" they would likely accept the money and shut-up. It is like a HMO settling out of court before the media gets a hold of the high profile case.
Anyway I have said before since you are an IB for the company and your livelihood depends on the companies reputation you are more than a little biased.

Except in this case, they were not owed any money and paying them anything would allow them to get away with fraud and blackmail.

Bias or not, the evidence on http://erlan.info quite clearly shows Erlan is not what he/they claims to be. Being an IB has nothing to do with it. In fact if I was convinced FXOpen were anything less than an honest broker, I would have severed my relationship with them long ago.
Talkgold is one of the few forums that hasn't deleted the Erlan threads so there is still one around here somewhere to talk about it so go find it if you want to continue, but for the most part it's a dead issue.
In any case, this thread is about FXOceanic and the service being offered up for Southern Hemisphere clients so the discussion should stay on topic.

That is not evidence.... they have a phone call? wow!
Would you like me to upload a phone of me speaking with somebody from Kazakhstan? How about a phone call with me and let's say the president of the U.S.?
Any court would sall all the 'evidence' as
1. Circumstantial
2. Hersey
Erlans evidence too can be easily falsified so I am not taking either side. I do however say that a broker that engages in a public net war against a disgruntled client or defamer can not be taken seriously. I do not like how the handled it, it was unprofessional and childish.
Also I find your statement "Except in this case, they were not owed any money" very biased. We do not really know who is telling the truth. What we do know is that FxOpen is your bread and butter so you are not reliable.
We do not know the truth.....
