The problem with this kind of investment is: the admin can scam anytime he wants. That makes this type of investments called "high risk". Nobody can guarantee that the admin will run this program long enough to even complete one period of investment.

With such a very low rate, this program becomes "high risk low return" investment type. Maybe there are others out there who are willing to invest in such an investment type, but obviously not me
