Hi all,

Im new to this HYIP and just want to do it as a side hobby...Im 18 and dont have a bank account but have a rechargable visa and am looking to buy just maybe $15 in LR. with a cc, any websites or people that can help me out?

western union have fees you will possibly pay more than the amount you mentioned above just in fees.

I'll pass on goldquick after one quick glance. Govt issued money is that what they call LR or e-gold purchased via credit card these days lol I call it pass

I would suggest www.xmlgold.net
they accept Visa master credit Cards for e-currency exchanges, the fees are very low, for example CC to Perfect Money or Webmoney is just 5% commission, first Credit Card transaction is slow, because the CC billing verifies the CC and once the CC is verified the exchange is instant and automatic.
