Design has really no differences!

What we have to do in this situation?

Our website design was copied a few times by small rating sites. But most of them are already disappeared.

I wrote his hosting provider an abuse message.

Thats usually all you need to do. Contact the host. Usually the people copying it will not succeed anyway. If they don't know how to create their own script or be unique, most likely they know nothing about promotion and marketing.
