Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't if extremely easy for admins of programs to scam people and still keep their ratings high on sites like hyipmonitor and other hyip monitoring sites, but just continuing to pay the admin of these sites? Is there a way to make a cheat proof rating or monitoring site?

I mean on the rating sites, people just create multiple accounts with proxies, and then vote for themselves or charge to vote for others. With the monitoring sites, the admins just keep paying the monitor site to keep their ratings up.

There has to be a solution to this, doesn't there?

I agree, it's nearly impossible to make a fool proof rating or monitoring site. Running Gold-hosting.com I have found that admins do sometimes stop paying members except monitoring sites. This is where I rely on reading the news at TG and having members email me.

We are working on a partial solution for the rating site problems of multiple accounts and admin accounts. This is top secret, so I can't say much else

Give me a few months and I may have a solution

Here's your solution:

Make the HYIP monitor use a random account name instead of "HYIPMonitor" or whatever so the admin can't tell the difference between a monitor and a random investor.

My rating site, very closely similar to MOG will be launched supposedly today, but because of some electrical problems in India, it was delayed. I included IP banning for multiple accounts but I don't think this will work if others use proxy.

We started our hyip monitoring a few days ago. I don't think there is a way to get a fake info about programs which are in our portfolio. We update our portfolio daily.

You should always check USER Rates and Votes on each program before investing.

As for me (I am admin of Monitoring HYIP-Navigator.com) - I check user's votes and comments (in Rate now window) every day to find "Not Paid" post. Then I change status to "waiting" and try to contact admin to ask him "what happend"? If he don't reply I make it "not paid" status.

the simplest solution I can see to check if sites are actually paying everybody rather than just monitoring sites is to secretly also invest a small amount in the hyip under another name :-)

I'm sure you've thought of that one! It's a bit of extra work, but not much.
