New and upcoming LEGAL investment (survey)

I have derived a system to make money thru soccer betting with Singapore pool and I am planning to run a legally registered investment firm using this system. so i am here to do some survey.

For your info, Singapore pool is a LEGAL/government bookmaker in Singapore.

I have backtested this system with past records of up to 10 years and
tested this system with real cash for 3 years and my profit is as follows:

Past 10 seasons of backtesting prove this system works

Real cash Testing
Season 05/06 end 02/06 with Profit @ 92% that last 7 months
Season 06/07 end 12/06 with Profit @ 11% that last 4 months
Season 07/08 end 01/06 with Profit @ 15% that last 5 months

So for example, if you invest $1000 for the season 07/08, you will take back a total of $1150 after 5 months.

Of course, the system i will not be able to share . Firstly, immitations will sprung up everywhere almost immediately especially with the aid of Internet.We all know how match odds works, it goes down when there are heavy bet on a certain possiblity. If everyone is betting on the same thing using our technique, wouldnt our profit be affected?

Secondly, we are dealing with legal lottery operator here, they are in this trade for a living. Its all about a balance - some people win, some people lose. The wonderful point of this technique is that we are always on the wining side. They cant survive if the balance tip against their advantage. Either they close down or think of a way to counter the effectiveness of the technique. Which either way will affect us. Isnt it better to just stay low and earn a constant amount of money from them?

Constraint of the system
1) As you can see, Profit ranges from 11% up to 92% which i cannot possibly guarantee at the start of investing. Calculation shows that it can be more than 100% depending on the bookmakers odds.

2) Only can be done once a season.

3) There is a chance of a total loss of investment. However, for the past 13 years it have NEVER been unsucessful.

I will only go ahead with the plan if i manage to make this investment legal at the first place.

SO Legitimacy is not a issue here.

If i were to take the plunge and open up this company, will u take up this investment with my company and how much would u invest?

I would greatly appreciate for your frank opinion.
