London Gold Exchange delay?

I placed a sell order with LGE a week ago and instructed them to wire funds to my US bank. It's now 1 week and I have not received money. Is this normal? Has anyone experienced similar delays in order fulfillment?

They don't reply to my email. They don't use phone. How do I contact them? Thanks!

I've experienced delays in the past but they are reliable and usually are pretty good on communication.

I believe it's normal for international orders. Sometimes takes between a week and 10 days, depends on the size.

If you are in the UK (and use the same bank as LGE like myself) then funding is same day or next day. From 3 years personal experience I can't say enough good things about LGE.

i have received several wires from LGE, the exact time is always 8 calendar days from the day i submit the order. but, never any problems other than waiting.

so far I've only ever used LGE to initially fund my egold account. Even that took nearly a week to complete.
Hope the money turns up

Is LGE owned by TG alliance ? and what about open2exchange ? is it owned and designed by one of ex TG alliance (jb)?

Dont worry londongoldexchange are extremley reliable and trust worthy there will be certains delays depending on the bank account you have some transfers take longer to reach certain banking accounts

Thanks guys! Knowing other people have experienced delays really reduces my stress. However, it's been 9 days and no money yet. Worse yet, there is not communication. They replied the first time I asked for a time frame and said I would most likely got money this past Monday, which was already 4 days ago. I think I have no choice but to wait. But if I still don't get it by next Monday or Tuesday, I would really become concerned. A wire never should take 2 weeks.

i usually get an email from them when the order has been completed. but, make sure you check your back office everyday anyway, you might not get the email.

also, don't look for it over the weekend, you know how banks are.

If you email them you will be given an answer they are very reliable and have been for some time now
