Default PayPal Receive Fee Question .
Any one know the paypal how to calculate the receive fee ?

I have premier account , for premier account and business account not 1.9% to 2.9% + $0.30 USD ?

When i calculate the money i receive , they have charge me 3.9% + $0.3 fee.

Any one know what happen .
