Re: E-Gold SCAM, Delete my account and steal my money $7000 !!
It happened to someone here , they resolved it quite quickly by ringing & sending some stuff if I remember rightly. Of course that doesn't mean that it will be the same in any other case. Each case being unique ,,,,,, ......
Ill find the link and post it in here so you can read , but only read their posts as there is a lot of people that commented crap after it was resolved because they post befofre reading the damn thread.
You should remove your email & details otherwise you are going to get spammed to distraction or offered "help" at a price.
Re: E-Gold Delete my account with balance $7000 !!
I'm glad that I was able to sell most of my E-Gold balance. Christ...

They scammers !!! steal my $7000 e-gold !!!
They should have list conditions of recovering funds from account that's been deleted. Actually they have the right to refuse service, but not to refuse to return customer funds. The clause on this procedure is conveniently absent in TOS. Now it looks like they reserve the right to expropriate customer's funds 'with or without cause'. Funny thing is that you unconditionally agree with this when you open account with e-gold. LOL.
Best way to go is to call their attorney so they can specify the procedure of redeeming the gold on closed account. That is if the source of funds is legal and customer profile has correct user details.
